AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 5625 GROVEPORT ROAD, PARCEL NUMBER 185-002767

WHEREAS, Council previously approved the Development Plan for the above-referred development in its approval of the rezoning for this acreage to Community Service (CS) in Ordinance No. 2005-040 (adopted 06/13/2005); and,
WHEREAS, Council, once again, has no objection to the amendment of said development plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Development Plan for 5625 Groveport Road, Parcel Number 185-002767 is hereby modified according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof, provided the following conditions set forth by the Planning & Zoning Commission are satisfied.
1. Messages shall remain in place for a minimum of 10 seconds before changing.
2. No off premise advertisement (except for sub area “A” as previously approved).
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
