AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART FIVE - GENERAL OFFENSES CODE, CHAPTER 521, HEALTH, SAFETY AND SANITATION,  SECTION 521.10 - NONSMOKING AREAS IN PLACES OF PUBLIC ASSEMBLY OF THE GROVEPORT CODIFIED ORDINANCES

Body

WHEREAS, Council has deemed it necessary to amend Chapter 521, Health, Safety and Sanitation, of the Groveport Codified Ordinances.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF MEMBERS CONCURRING:

Section 1:  That Part Five - General Offenses Code, Chapter 521, Health, Safety and Sanitation, Section 521.10 be amended according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made part hereof.

Section 2:  That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
