AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, THE SANITARY SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GROVEPORT 1 DEVELOPMENT AT 6500 PONTIUS ROAD AND 6606 PONTIUS ROAD DEVELOPMENT SITES

WHEREAS, a new sanitary sewer line, including 1125 linear feet of 8" diameter pipe, 1590 linear feet of 15" diameter pipe and 5146 linear feet of 24" diameter pipe and 24 manholes, plus or minus, has been constructed on the 6500 Groveport 1 Development site; and
WHEREAS, the construction inspection punch list items have been addressed; and
WHEREAS, said inspection revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1 : That the sanitary sewer line project as set forth above, is hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
