AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART ELEVEN - PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, TITLE ONE - GENERAL PROVISIONS, CHAPTER 1102, DEFINITIONS AND TITLE SEVEN - SUPPLEMENTAL LAND USE REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 1178 SIGN REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City amend the above-referred codified ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code, Title One - General Provisions, Chapter 1102, Definitions and Title Seven - Supplemental Land Use Regulations, Chapter 1178 Sign Regulations is hereby amended according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof.
Section 2: Inconsistent Legislative Actions Repealed: That all previous ordinances, resolutions, motions, or parts of ordinances, resolutions, or motions, for the City of Groveport, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
