AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ACCEPT THE GRANT OF A WATER LINE EASEMENT FROM ROGER W. AND PATTY ADAMS, PARCEL NUMBERS 185-001471 and 185-001472

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City accept the grant of the stated water line easement from Roger W. and Patty Adams.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to accept the grant of a water line easement from Roger W. and Patty Adams.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
