Title

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CABOT IV-OH1802 LLC AND 6500 PONTIUS ROAD INC. (AKA HILLWOOD) ALLOWING THE CITY OF GROVEPORT TO PLACE DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE ON THEIR PROPERTIES, PARCEL NUMBERS 185-002960-00 AND 185-002964-00, AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City enter into an agreement with Cabot IV-OH1802 LLC and 6500 Pontius Road Inc. (AKA Hillwood) to allow the City of Groveport to place directional signage on their properties, Parcel Numbers 185-002960-00 and 185-002964-00, to address ongoing traffic safety concerns.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

 

Section 1:                     That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into and execute a license agreement with Cabot IV-OH1802 LLC and 6500 Pontius Road Inc. (AKA Hillwood) to allow the City of Groveport to place directional signage on their properties, Parcel Numbers 185-002960-00 and 185-002964-00, to address ongoing traffic safety concerns.

 

Section 2:                     That this Ordinance is hereby deemed an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety, and general welfare of the community to the extent that said legislation must be enacted in a timely fashion so that the City can have immediate access to install directional signage to address ongoing traffic safety concerns. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
