AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 17-016, PASSED APRIL 24, 2017

WHEREAS, the applicant located at 5055 South Hamilton Road, Suite B, is no longer pursuing development at the stated location due to financial constraints, and accordingly, staff is requesting the repealing of the use and area variances granted in Ordinance No. 17-016, (passed April 24, 2017) to allow for training and education of dental assisting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Ordinance 17-016, passed April 24, 2017, granting use and area variances, to allow for training and education of dental assisting at 5055 South Hamilton Road, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in this preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
