AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15-002 (ADOPTED 2/9/2015) WHICH ESTABLISHED IN SEASON GOLF FEES FOR THE LINKS AT GROVEPORT GOLF COURSE

WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of amending Ordinance 15-002 (adopted 2/9/2015) which established in season golf fees at the Links at Groveport Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That in season golf fees for the Links at Groveport Golf Course are hereby established in accordance with Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
