AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH ORCHARD GROVE APARTMENT COMPLEX LLC

WHEREAS, Orchard Grove Apartment Complex LLC is desirous of re-installing signage in a portion of the City's right-of-way on Hendron Road at the entrance of the complex; and,
WHEREAS, the City has no objection to the re-installation of said signage provided a licensing agreement is executed by Orchard Grove Apartment Complex LLC setting forth its responsibilities and obligations in this limited use of the City's right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with Orchard Grove Apartment Complex LLC to allow the re-installation of signage in the City's right-of-way on Hendron Road at the entrance of the complex as depicted in said agreement.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
