A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GATEWAY CORRIDOR PLAN
Body
WHEREAS, Council sought the assistance of James L. Hartzler, AICP to study the City's gateways for the purpose of planning the development of Groveport's two corridors into the City; and,
WHEREAS, Council wishes to adopt said study as a Gateway Corridor Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the City of Groveport hereby accepts and establishes the Gateway Corridor Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
