AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ACCEPT THE GRANT OF A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FROM BIXFORD GREEN ASSOCIATION, INC., PARCEL NUMBER 185-002050

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City accept the grant of the stated sanitary sewer easement from Bixford Green Association, Inc. in order to facilitate improvements to the existing Bixford Green sewer pump station, that is, the installation of a stand-by electric generator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to accept the grant of a sanitary sewer easement from Bixford Green Association, Inc.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
