AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADD THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT GOLF SUPERINTENDENT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF GOLF
Body
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an increase in authorized staffing level for the Department of Golf is appropriate; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.01 (A)(4) of the Groveport City Charter, Council can establish or authorize the number of employees in the various offices, departments, divisions, bureaus, boards, and commissions of the Municipality; and,
WHEREAS, due to the addition of the stated position, it will be necessary to increase the authorized strength for the Department of Golf by adding the position of Assistant Golf Superintendent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That there is hereby added the position of Assistant Golf Superintendent in the Department of Golf.
Section 2: That the authorized strength of staff for the Department of Golf shall be increased to include the position of Assistant Golf Superintendent.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
