AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HUNTINGTON PUBLIC CAPITAL CORPORATION TO FINANCE THE PURCHASE OF A UTILITY VEHICLE FOR THE PARKS AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Body

WHEREAS, to facilitate the purchase of a utility truck from the vendor it is necessary to enter into the stated lease agreement.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

 

Section 1:  That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a Lease Agreement with Huntington Public Capital Corporation to finance the purchase of a utility vehicle for the Parks and Facilities Management Department.

 

Section 2:  That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
