AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, A SANITARY SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTED IN THE AIR EAST DEVELOPMENT, AT 6766 PONTIUS ROAD AND 6840 PONTIUS RD, PARCEL NUMBERS 185-002951 and 185-002791

WHEREAS, the required public sanitary improvements in conjunction with the Air East Development have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, a new twenty-four (24) inch diameter sanitary sewer line, 93 feet in length, plus or minus, and flowing in a northerly direction, has been constructed on Parcel No. 185-002951 and 185-002791 at 6766 Pontius Road and 6840 Pontius Road to support the Air East Development; and,
WHEREAS, the construction inspection punch list items have been addressed; and,
WHEREAS, said inspection revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1 : That the sanitary sewer line project as set forth above, is hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
