AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE FOUNDERS BEND, SECTION 2 SUBDIVISION
Body
WHEREAS, the applicant is seeking to amend the final plat of the Founders Bend, Section 2 Subdivision by adding additional acreage to lot 48 of the stated subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the final plat for the Founders Bend, Section 2 Subdivision is hereby amended by adding 0.346 acres to lot 48 of the stated subdivision thereby creating new lot 48A.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
