AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART THIRTEEN - BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1399 - EROSION AND SEDIMENT POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATION AND PART ELEVEN - PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, TITLE NINE - SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 1191 - PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBDIVISION APPROVAL OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT AND THE DECLARATION OF AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Part Thirteen - Building Code, Chapter 1399 - Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Regulation and Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code, Title Nine - Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 1191 - Procedures and Requirements for Subdivision Approval, Section 1191.16 Inspection and Engineering Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Thirteen - Building Code, Chapter 1399 - Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Regulation of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, is hereby amended as shown in the attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2: That Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code, Title Nine - Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 1191 - Procedures and Requirements for Subdivision Approval, Section 1191.16 Inspection and Engineering Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, is hereby amended as shown in the attached Exhibit "B".
Section 3: That this Ordinance is hereby deemed an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the health, safety, and general welfare of the community to the extent that this Ordinance must be enacted in a timely manner so that City officials can take immediate enforcement action as to the stated regulations; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and signature of the Mayor.
