AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY'S CLASSIFICATION PLAN
Body
WHEREAS, given the current duties of the Finance Director and Assistant Administrator it is necessary to amend the City's Classification Plan with respect to the Economic Development Director position and re-name the position Assistant Administrator/Development Director; and,
WHEREAS, due to the stated amendment, it is necessary to approve the job description of Assistant Administrator/Development Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the City's Classification Plan be amended with respect to the Economic Development Director classification thereby re-naming the position title to Assistant Administrator/Development Director .
Section 2: That the pay grade for said position shall be Grade 21 which is the current pay grade for the current Assistant Administrator classification.
Section 3: That the Administrator has full authority to amend any of the aforementioned position descriptions to reflect any changes in the duties thereto.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
