AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART THIRTEEN - BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1322 - ENGINEERING REVIEW AND INSPECTION FEES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT

WHEREAS, Council has deemed it necessary to amend the above-referenced provisions of the City's Codified Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Thirteen - Building Code, Chapter 1322 - Engineering Review and Inspection Fees be amended by re-naming the chapter to read ENGINEERING AND ZONING FEES and further amending the stated chapter according to the attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part hereof.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
