AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR THE RECREATION CENTER THEREBY AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE NO. 13-005

WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish new membership fees at the Groveport Recreation Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That membership fees for the Recreation Center are hereby amended in accordance with Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: That Ordinance No. 13-005 is hereby amended as to the fee schedule set forth on said Exhibit "A".
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
