AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, BEING A SANITARY SEWER LINE AND A SHOULDER IMPROVEMENT ALONG ROHR ROAD CONSTRUCTED WITH THE RICKENBACKER CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT, AT 2850 ROHR ROAD AND 6198 GREENPOINTE DRIVE SOUTH, PARCEL NUMBERS 185-002966 and 185-002967

WHEREAS, the required public sanitary improvement and shoulder improvement on Rohr Road in conjunction with the Rickenbacker Central Development have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, a new sanitary sewer line, being ten (10) and eight (8) inches in diameter, and together totaling 2,130 feet in length, and flowing in a southerly direction, has been constructed on Parcel No. 185-002966 and 185-002967 at 2850 Rohr Road and 6198 Greenpointe South Drive to support the Rickenbacker Central Development; and,
WHEREAS, a shoulder improvement on the north side of Rohr Road, being for a distance of 990 feet, plus or minus, has been constructed in front of 2850 Rohr Road; and,
WHEREAS, the construction inspection punch list items have been addressed; and,
WHEREAS, said inspection revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1 : That the sanitary sewer line project and shoulder improvement as set forth above, are hereby accepted and dedicated as public improvements.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
