AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO SOLICIT BIDS AND TO ENTER INTO ALL CONTRACTS WITH THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR THE FILTRATION ROOM VENTILATION SYSTEM AT THE RECREATION CENTER

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to solicit bids and enter into contracts for the Filtration Room Ventilation System at the Recreation Center.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

 

Section 1:  That the Administrator is hereby authorized to solicit bids for the Filtration Room Ventilation System at the Recreation Center and further authorized to enter into all contracts with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for said project.

 

Section 2:  That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and at the earliest time provided by law.
