AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HUNTINGTON PUBLIC CAPITAL CORPORATION TO FINANCE THE PURCHASE OF A TRUCK FOR THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, to facilitate the purchase of a truck from the vendor it is necessary to enter into the stated lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a Lease Agreement with Huntington Public Capital Corporation to finance the purchase of a truck for the Facilities Management Department.
Section 2: That all auto title services provided for any vehicle procured by the City hereunder shall be performed by the Franklin County Clerk of Courts Auto Title Division.
Section 3: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
