AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2004-082 THEREBY RENAMING THE LINKS AT GROVEPORT TO THE GROVEPORT MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE

WHEREAS, it has been determined necessary to rename the City's golf course to The Groveport Municipal Golf Course.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Ordinance 2004-082 is hereby amended and the name of the City's golf course shall be The Groveport Municipal Golf Course.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
