Title

AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF UTILITIES SUPERINTENDENT - WATER/SEWER, ACCEPTING THE POSITION DESCRIPTION AND ESTABLISHING THE PAY GRADE

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to create the position of Utilities Superintendent - Water/Sewer in the Public Works Department; and

 

WHEREAS, it is necessary to accept the position description and establish the position pay grade therefore.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

 

Section 1:  That there is hereby created the position of Utilities Superintendent - Water/Sewer, the position description attached hereto is accepted, and the pay grade for said position shall be Grade 15.

 

Section 2:   That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
