AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS AND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR COLD BEVERAGES FOR CITY CONCESSIONS

WHEREAS, it is necessary to solicit proposals and enter into a contract for cold beverages for City concessions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to solicit proposals and enter into a contract with the firm or company that provides the most beneficial proposal to the City for cold beverages for the City's concessions.
Section 2: That this Ordinanceshall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
