AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE ANNUAL COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR THE COMPENSATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT
Body
WHEREAS, the compensation program for the employees of the City of Groveport allows for an annual cost of living adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the City of Groveport hereby amends its current pay scale by increasing the pay scale by 2% for all steps for all positions in the City's Classification Plan.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
