AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PARCEL NO. 185-000224 LOCATED AT 480 MAIN STREET

WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the City of Groveport if it purchased the above-referenced property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of Parcel No. 185-000224, which is located at 480 Main Street in the City of Groveport, according to the terms of the real estate purchase agreement negotiated by the City.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
