AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING AS A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT THE WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE STARTECH DEVELOPMENT AT 4450 S. HAMILTON ROAD AND 4490 S. HAMILTON ROAD, PARCEL NUMBERS 185-002993 AND 185-002994

WHEREAS, the required public water main improvements in conjunction with the Startech Development have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, a new twelve (12) inch diameter water main, 2,774 feet in length, plus or minus, has been constructed on Parcel Numbers 185-002993 and 185-002994 at 4450 S. Hamilton Road and 4490 S. Hamilton Road to support the Startech Development; and,
WHEREAS, the construction inspection punch list items have been addressed; and,
WHEREAS, inspection of the improvements revealed no deficiencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the water main improvements as set forth above, are hereby accepted and dedicated as a public improvement.
Section 2 : That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
