AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 480/490 MAIN STREET, BEN PUNTURI, APPLICANT, (PARCEL NUMBERS 185-000224 AND 185-000200)

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the final development plan for 480/490 Main Street, Ben Punturi, Applicant (Parcel Numbers 185-000224 and 185-000200), be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the final development plan for 480/490 Main Street, (Parcel Numbers 185-000224 and 185-000200) a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved provided that the following condition set forth by the Planning & Zoning Commission is satisfied:
1. The proposed uses shall include all uses as shown in Chapter 1153 Permitted and Conditional Uses for the Select Commercial Planned District (SCPD).
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
