AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH CHRISTINA LEWIS (THE FLOWER BOUTIQUE / BARBER SHOP)

WHEREAS, Christina Lewis is desirous of installing a hand railing in the City's right-a-way at the Flower Boutique / Barber Shop located at 142 Main Street, Groveport, Ohio; and,
WHEREAS, The City has no objection to the installation of said hand railing provided a licensing agreement is executed by Christina Lewis setting forth her responsibilities and obligations in this limited use of the City's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with Christina Lewis to allow her to install a hand railing in the City's right-a-way at the Flower Boutique / Barber Shop located at 142 Main Street, Groveport, Ohio.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
