Title

AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ACCEPTING THE POSITION DESCRIPTION AND ESTABLISHING THE PAY GRADE

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to create the position of Director of Information Technology; and

 

WHEREAS, it is necessary to accept the position description and establish the position pay grade.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:

 

Section 1:  That there is hereby created the unclassified position of Director of Information Technology, the position description attached hereto is accepted, and the pay grade for said position shall be Grade 21.

 

Section 2:   That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
