AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART FIFTEEN - FIRE PREVENTION CODE OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT CODIFIED ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 1519, FIREWORKS
Body
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Part Fifteen of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Groveport, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Part Fifteen - Fire Prevention Code, Chapter 1519, Fireworks, is hereby amended pursuant to the attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2: That the City of Groveport Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force at the earliest period allowed by law.
