AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO CONVEY AN EXTENSION TO THE DRIVEWAY EASEMENT PREVIOUSLY GRANTED TO DAVID AND JOELLEN STEBELTON IN ORDINANCE NUMBER 2006-035

WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it appropriate to convey an extension to the driveway easement to David and Joellen Stebelton with respect to their property located at 240 Front Street previously granted in Ordinance No. 2006-035 pursuant to the legal description set forth on the attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That the Administrator is hereby authorized to convey an extension to the driveway easement to David and Joellen Stebelton previously granted in Ordinance No. 2006-035 pursuant to the legal description set forth on the attached Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
