AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH JOELLEN AND DAVID STEBELTON (THE STEBELTONS)

WHEREAS, The Stebeltons are desirous of installing a temporary storage structure on a portion of the City's property upon which the Stebeltons are utilizing a driveway easement immediately adjacent to the southern property line of the Stebeltons' residence located at 240 Front Street, Groveport, Ohio; and,
WHEREAS, The City has no objection to the installation of said structure provided a licensing agreement is executed by the Stebeltons setting forth their responsibilities and obligations in this limited use of the City's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GROVEPORT, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, A MAJORITY OF ITS MEMBERS CONCURRING:
Section 1: That Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with the Stebeltons to allow them to install a temporary storage structure on a portion of the City's property upon which the Stebeltons are currently utilizing a driveway easement immediately adjacent to the southern property line of their residence located at 240 Front Street, Groveport, Ohio.
Section 2: That for the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which are made a part hereof, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
